No, each guest is responsible for arranging their own accommodations. We've recommended a number of hotels that are within 15 minutes of our event location at Mobilization Funding.
This event is for all construction trade contractors. Current trades include: Heavy Civil, Commercial Concrete, Commercial Painting, Commercial Drywall, and Electrical.
We understand that plans can change. While we hope you’ll be able to honor your commitment to attend, we recognize that emergencies do happen.
1. Refund Eligibility (More Than 30 Days Before the Event)
Refund requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the event start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved:
Event ticket purchases are refundable
Refunds will be issued less credit card processing fees and a $250 administrative fee
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment
2. No Refunds Within 30 Days of the Event
Because we incur venue, catering, staffing, and production costs in advance, no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event start date.
3. Transfer Options (Within 30 Days)
If you are unable to attend within 30 days of the event, you may:
Transfer your ticket to a future Builder to CEO event (within 12 months), or
Transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee at no additional cost (with written notice to the event organizers)
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Travel & Accommodation
The event organizers are not responsible for any travel-related costs, including but not limited to:
Airfare
Hotels
Ground transportation
Other incidental expenses
We strongly recommend purchasing refundable travel arrangements or travel insurance.
Your event ticket includes:

2. Pre-event cocktail reception
3. Breakfast and lunch on session days
Dinner is not included. However, we will coordinate optional group dinners so attendees can continue building relationships outside of the sessions.
The optional saltwater fishing charter is a separate add-on experience. Pricing will be communicated as soon as it is finalized.
Not coming may be the reason you are stuck in the field.
